Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Note: Fresh and perishable items (fruits, vegetables) are not eligible for returns due to food safety reasons.
